Women’s Bowling Completes MCCAA Season Sweep, Eyes Region XII Crown

Lansing, MI - The women's bowling team delivered a dominant performance on Friday, taking down the entire Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) field to complete the season sweep. The victory comes just one week after the team captured the Eastern Conference Championship, capping off an outstanding conference campaign.

With the conference title secured, two members of the team earned individual recognition for their exceptional play. Paige Vallad and Lily Massaway were both named to the All-Conference Tournament Team, highlighting their key contributions to the team's success.

In addition to the team accomplishments, Paige Vallad was recognized for her outstanding play and has been voted Eastern Conference Player of the Week—a well-deserved honor for her performance throughout the week.

The women now set their sights on finishing the job and completing a full season sweep by claiming the Region XII Championship this Friday at Royal Scot Bowling Center in Lansing. A Region XII crown would solidify an already impressive season and further showcase the team's dominance this year.

The program continues to build momentum at the right time and looks poised for another strong performance as postseason play continues.
