MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – James Wright and Amonti Greene scored 21 points each, and led the No. 17 Mid Michigan College men's basketball squad to a 109-77 victory over Muskegon on Wednesday (Jan. 29) night at Morey Courts.
Wright also grabbed 10 rebounds for the Lakers (17-3, 6-0 MCCAA North) and was 8-of-10 from the field.
De'Antre Griffin added 19 points for Mid on 6-of-12 shooting. Greene also added four assists.
Joe Russau led the Jayhawks (10-9, 2-3 MCCAA North) with 31 points and 12 rebounds.
The Lakers will host rival Bay College at 3:00 PM Saturday (Feb. 1) inside Morey Courts.
