2025-26 Men's Basketball Accolades
Mount Pleasant, MI - The Mid Michigan College men's basketball team put together an impressive 2025–26 campaign, highlighted by strong team play and numerous postseason honors recognizing the Lakers' success throughout the season.
Leading the way for Mid Michigan were Amonti Greene, Vynce Overshown, and Zack Parks, who were all named to the NJCAA Region XII Division II All-Region Team. The trio played a crucial role in the Lakers' success, consistently delivering standout performances on both ends of the floor and helping the team remain competitive throughout conference and regional play.
Greene, Overshown, and Parks were also recognized at the conference level, each earning First Team All-MCCAA Northern Conference honors. Their ability to score, defend, and lead the Lakers in key moments made them three of the most impactful players in the conference this season.
Additional conference recognition followed for several Lakers. Jaden Clark earned Second Team All-Northern Conference honors, while Caleb Lindsay was named to the Third Team All-Northern Conference. Christian Zielinski and Bryce White each received Honorable Mention All-Northern Conference recognition for their contributions throughout the season.
Parks also earned significant recognition for his breakout season, being named to the All-Freshman Team while also earning Northern Conference Freshman of the Year honors.
Overshown's impact on the defensive end of the floor was equally impressive. In addition to his All-Conference recognition, he was named to the Northern Conference All-Defensive Team and was selected as the Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
On the sidelines, head coach Kaleb House was honored for his leadership and the team's accomplishments. House was named the NJCAA Great Lakes District B Coach of the Year and also earned MCCAA Northern Conference Coach of the Year honors. Under House's direction, the Lakers continued to build momentum within the program, showcasing a competitive and disciplined style of play while competing among the top teams in the region.
With three All-Region selections, multiple All-MCCAA honorees, and major coaching awards, the 2025–26 season stands as a strong chapter for Mid Michigan men's basketball. The individual accolades earned by Greene, Overshown, Parks, and their teammates—along with Coach House's recognition—reflect the dedication and hard work of the entire Lakers program throughout the season.
