Bio

Zack Parks joins the Mid Michigan College men’s basketball program as a proven leader and high-level shooter, bringing confidence, experience, and a competitive edge to the Lakers. Known for his ability to stretch the floor, Parks arrives at Mid with a strong résumé built on leadership and consistent production.

During his high school career, Parks served as a team captain and earned multiple honors, including All-State and All-County recognition. He was a multi-time MVP and established himself as the best three-point shooter on his team, making him a constant offensive threat and a player opponents had to game-plan for.

Parks learned about Mid Michigan College through Coach House, whose influence helped solidify his decision to join the Lakers. He is motivated to compete at Mid to continue improving his game and progress both individually and as part of the program.

He has high expectations for Mid’s athletics programs and is focused on helping the Lakers put together a strong season, with the ultimate team goal of competing for a national championship. Individually, Parks is driven to elevate his game to open doors at the next level, with plans to transfer to a Division I or Division II program.

Academically, Parks plans to study Business and is working toward earning his associate degree. He is also focused on developing important life skills during his time at Mid, including time management, goal setting, and career planning.

With his shooting ability, leadership background, and championship mindset, Zack Parks looks to make an immediate impact for the Lakers and be a key piece in the program’s pursuit of success.
